Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free-shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Please note that International shipping is currently unavailable until further notice

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Duties, Taxes & Customs (Important Notice)

  • Taxes are included in the product price for applicable orders.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
    These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.  (Currently not shipping international)


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. 

To comply with delivery accuracy standards, shipping addresses may be verified through our system.

If an address cannot be confirmed, the customer will be contacted by email (if provided) to validate or update the information.


If confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be delayed or cancelled, in which case a refund will be issued. 

Beau Manteor Inc. is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Delays & Non-Delivery (Québec Consumer Protection)

If your order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, you may contact us at [your support email].


In accordance with Québec’s Consumer Protection Act:


  • If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time after notice, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date, and we will work with you toward a resolution.


Signature Packaging

Every order arrives in our signature packaging, making it perfect for gifting.


Gifts & Special Requests

For gifting notes or special instructions, please leave a comment at checkout.


Express Shipping

Express options may be available at checkout (if enabled).
